week ago. Of course, with the great developers in the custom Android
development community, it’s always only a matter of time before a new device, specially one as popular as the One X,
starts getting custom ROMs and hacks.

Revolution HD is a custom ROM for the HTC One X that aims for
high quality, stability and performance, along with providing great support. The
ROM provides some very useful features such as full GPU UI acceleration (taking
advantage of the Tegra 3 chip inside), improved I/O performance, excellent battery
life, and more.

Pre-Installation Requirements
Chuẩn bị cài đặt – 2 bước
1.
This procedure will wipe all your apps, data
and settings (but it will NOT touch your SD cards, so don’t worry
about those). Backup your Apps and important data — bookmarks,
contacts, SMS, APNs (internet settings), etc. This Android backup guide would
help you.

sạch tất cả các ứng dụng, dữ liệu và các thiết lập (nhưng nó sẽ không động đến
SD cards của bạn, nên đừng lo nhiều). Hãy
sao lưu các ứng dụng của bạn và dữ liệu quan trọng: bookmark, contacts,
SMS, APNs (internet settings)... Android backup guide sẽ

2. Sufficiently charged
battery, at least 50% is recommended.

How to Install Android
Revolution HD ROM on HTC One X
Cách cài đặt Android Revolution HD ROM lên HTC One X – 11 bước
1.
Important! Make sure your phone’s bootloader is
unlocked. You can officially unlock the bootloader on your phone → here.
1. Cẩn trọng! đảm bảo
bootloader điện thoại của bạn đã được unlock. Bạn có thể unlock công khai
bootloader máy bạn → here.
2.
Install ClockworkMod (CWM) recovery on your One X by following the
guide → here.

Cài ClockworkMod (CWM) recovery lên One X của bạn theo hướng dẫn
→ here.

Download the latest version of the ROM from the official development page.

Download phiên bản ROM mới nhất từ official development page.
4. Transfer the downloaded zip
file to the SD card on your HTC One X.

Cóp zip file vừa download về vào SD card
trong HTC One X của bạn.
5.
Turn off your phone, then boot into CWM recovery. To do this, boot into
the bootloader mode first by holding the Volume Down button and then pressing
Power key. Then, using the Volume keys to navigate and the
Power button to select, select Recovery
to enter CWM
recovery. To
navigate touch CWM recovery, just slide your finger up and down on the screen.
5. Turn
off máy của bạn, rồi boot vào CWM recovery. Để làm điều này, đầu tiên boot vào
chế độ bootloader bằng cách giữ nút Volume Down rồi sau đó nhấn phím Power.
Tiếp theo, sử dụng các phím Volume để điều hướng và nút Power để chọn, chọn
Recovery để truy nhập CWM recovery. Để điều hướng
cảm ứng ở màn hình CWM recovery, chỉ việc dùng ngón tay của bạn trượt
lên trượt xuống trên màn hình này.
6.
Perform a Nandroid Backup of your existing ROM, so that
you can always restore it from recovery if something does not work out with
this rom. To perform a backup, select Backup and Restore –>
On the next screen, select Backup again. Go
back to main recovery menu after backup is complete.

Tiến hành 1 sao lưu ROM của bạn bằng Nandroid Backup, nhờ đó bạn luôn có thể restore nó
từ recovery nếu có gì đó không hoạt động với ROM này. Để tiến hành 1 sao lưu,
chọn Backup and Restore –>
Trên màn hình tiếp theo, chọn Backup lần
nữa.
7. Perform a wipe:

Select wipe
data/factory reset, then select Yes on next screen to confirm. Wait
a while till the data wipe is complete.

trên màn hình tiếp theo để xác nhận.
Chờ đến dữ liệu được xóa hoàn toàn.

Select wipe cache then select Yes on next screen
to confirm.

7.3.
Select advanced,
and then select wipe
dalvik cache » Yes – wipe dalvik. Then go
back to the main recovery menu.

đó trở lại recovery menu chính.
8.
Select install zip
from sdcard, then select choose zip from sdcard. Scroll
to the ROM file on the sdcard and select it.

9.
Confirm installation by selecting Yes
– Install _____.zip on the
next screen. The ROM will start installing.

màn hình tiếp theo. ROM sẽ khởi động việc cài đặt.
10.
After the installation is complete, select Go Back then
select reboot
system now to reboot the phone.

Sau khi hoàn tất sự cài đặt, chọn Go Back rồi
chọn reboot
system now để reboot điện thoại.
11. The first boot will
take some time, up to 10 minutes, so wait patiently for the ROM to boot up. Don’t
pull the battery.
The
Android Revolution HD ROM is now installed and running on your HTC One X. Visit

Boot lần đầu se mất chút thời gian, có thể đến 10 phút, thế nên hãy kiên nhẫn
đợi để ROM được boot xong.
